With nutritional therapy, I look at all the different systems within the body, from cardiovascular and endocrine, to respiratory and gastrointestinal and through a series of questions I can see which systems are under pressure (hormones, digestive etc) which might need extra support. I treat the whole person, through diet and lifestyle recommendations and perhaps some supplements to help the body heal itself.
I consider each individual to be unique and recommend personalised nutrition and lifestyle programmes rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Personalised nutrition is tailored specifically for you, taking into account your health journey, your health goals, and dietary preferences.
